Authentic Voice Coordinator (AVC)

Endeavour working in partnership with Safe Lives, have an exciting opportunity to be part of a pilot initiative in Bolton.

The Adult AVC will place the voice of domestic abuse survivors at the heart of this project.

The post holder will work within the local area to enable survivors to represent and create change for the operational and strategic response to adults experiencing domestic abuse by creating a platform for their authentic and independent voice.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic abuse with compassion and empathy.

Hours of Work – 22.5 hour over 3 days

Panah Domestic Abuse Caseworker

We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Domestic Abuse Caseworker on the Panah Project.

Hours of Work – 22.5-hour post over 3 days: Wednesday – Friday.

The successful applicant must be a fluent speaker of either a South Asian language or Eastern European language.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic abuse and violence with compassion and empathy. This project supports people experiencing Honour Based Abuse and Forced Marriage. A working knowledge in this area would be advantageous.
